Strandcafe Lindenhof in Lindau

The cappuccino and cake is good. Unfortunately the café doesn't open until 9:00 a.m. before that there is unfortunately nothing

Today, September 4th, 2020, we and our 103-year-old grandmother (in a wheelchair!) Hiked from Lindenhofpark along the beautiful path along the lake and in the best weather to Wasserburg (B). After this wonderful hike, the Lindenhof beach café was the ideal place to stop for a break. For us, the Härle-Radler was the drink we deserved. The poppy seed slices and the apple pie were tasty, as was the currywurst with fries. 👍 Today we had a good table again, where it was nice to sit and the view: gorgeous! Yes, it's nice to stop here, even if the location is in the middle of the bathing business. It should also be emphasized that there is a disabled toilet in the ladies' toilet, which I went to before our stop with our very old grandmother in a wheelchair. This toilet for the disabled is well equipped and that's why it has been awarded the 5th star. 👍 We will therefore be happy to come back. After that, the beach café Lindenhof was again the ideal, well-deserved stop for us ... 🍻🍻🍻 In addition to the sweet cyclists, there was the white sausages, the french fries (sweet potatoes) and for me the delicious poppy seed slices and the Swiss sausage salad. 👍 Yes, it's nice that this gastronomy exists. Thank you very much!

Great place that creates a very pleasant atmosphere - great park - certainly very old - plants fit harmoniously into the design!

Chicken burger was delicious!

Solid cuisine with delicious cold drinks at reasonable prices (large beer € 3.50, burgers from € 5.50). You can't go wrong here. Really a nice tip to come here. Parking is also perfectly fine with 1 € an hour. Absolute recommendation.

Top location right on the free beach. Point deduction, since the food is rather 0815 (tastes okay, but nothing special). The burger patties are frozen (at least that's what they looked like), then a bit of vegetables and an uninteresting sauce, done. The french fries are unsalted ... The chicken salad was ok.

This is how all bathing beaches should be. Free access, good, cheap food, nice service, all people very relaxed.

Actually very nice. The food is not outstanding, but quite tasty. Unfortunately, the portions are tiny. 9 € for three small dumplings and a scoop of potato salad I find simply bold. In addition, there is self-service - even when clearing. I don't think that's okay for the price. The good reputation is relied on here. This was once justified, but we should build on that. Then there are five stars again

Great opportunity to go swimming on Lake Constance or to rent water sports equipment at fair prices. On Saturdays when the weather is good, the parking lot fills up quickly, better to change to your bike :)

Very nice lido with a very good beach cafe. Very nice staff with very good and quick service.

Very nice access to Lake Constance with a large lawn, staff from the café / kiosk is very nice and offers a large selection. Always come back here is the best place for a day at the beach in Lindau.

Great location, very relaxed atmosphere, moderate prices, disinfectant here and there would have been nice, otherwise great!

Just asked about the opening times, here is the answer .; We are open daily from 11:00 a.m. (but only when the weather is nice). In the evening we always make it a bit dependent on how much is going on. We normally close between 9:15 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Nice that there is this cafe. Of course, it is also a little more expensive with small soils, but it has a great location. Service works great and is friendly. I didn't find the spritz quite as tasty. But like to go back.

Ice cream parlor is very tasty and the hamburger is a real recommendation 🍔

Great place with nostalgic elements of the former lido. Great view of Lake Constance and the Swiss banks. Large sandpit for children. Delicious food at the kiosk, large lawn. Good for surfers.

Beautiful lido with large lawn in the Lindenhofpark (free of charge). The kiosk terrace offers a great view over Lake Constance.

Since its opening to the public last year, the bath is just as great as it used to be, but without entrance fee. You can also rent surf boards, eg stand up paddling etc. Additionally the coffee shop has all the good things you would expect.
